BY VIRTUE OF A WRIT OF EXECUTION issued out of the 115th DISTRICT Court of UPSHUR County, Texas, in a certain cause numbered #524-10. On the 14th day of AUGUST A.D. 2023 styled: GILMER NATIONAL BANK vs. AARON DELMAS HOYLE, KYLE COLE HOYE, KANDI LE’ANN HOYE, ANDRE RASHAD ROCKWELL, STACEY MARIE LOCKETT, LAVON ZEQUITA HOWARD OKEKE, DWIGHT D JOHNSON, COURTNEY LAMON GORDON, SKYLA SHANNEE GORDAN, JASMINE DE-NEE GORDON ADEDOYIN, KYRON ERNEST HOYE, CYNTHIA PINKSTON, CURT JUSTIN PRICE, OR THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF CURT JUSTIN PRICE, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF SKYLAR ROBINSON, DECEASED, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF DALICIA D’NENE HOYE, DECEASED, AND THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF J.T. HOYE DECEASED, to me, as CIVIL DEPUTY directed and delivered, I have levied upon this 3 day of OCTOBER A.D. 2023 and will be between the hours of 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on the first Tuesday in DECEMBER A.D.
