Description: Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling westbound on the IH 20 service road. Vehicle 2 was traveling eastbound on the same service road. Vehicle 1 failed to yield right of way turning left onto FM 1189 and struck Vehicle 2. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
