Description: Preliminary investigation indicates vehicle 1 was traveling east on US 79 and slowed down to make a left turn. Vehicle 2 was traveling east on US 79 behind Vehicle 1 and failed to control its speed, striking Vehicle 1 in the rear. Vehicle 1 crossed into the lane of west US 79. Vehicle 3, towing a trailer, was traveling west on US 79 and struck Vehicle 1. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
