Marga Skinner Johnson, 71YOA, from Alto, TX.

Seatbelt: Yes

Transported to Mother Frances in Jacksonville, TX

Vehicle 2: 2007 Honda (ATV).

Driver 2: Deceased.

Ronterreal Mumphrey, 36 YOA from Alto, TX.

Pronounced by: Dr. Records at UT Health, Tyler, TX.

Description: Preliminary investigation indicates vehicle 1 was traveling southwest on SH 21., and vehicle 2 (ATV) turned onto SH 21 west. Vehicle 1 driver had impaired visibility and could not clearly see vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 struck Vehicle 2 in the rear, ejecting the driver of Vehicle 2. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
