Description: Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling northbound on FM 1902 and passing vehicles in a no passing zone. Vehicle 2 was traveling southbound. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in a head on collision. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
