NTCC artists rack up awards at Titus County Fair

Congratulations to our NTCC Art students who scored numerous awards in the recent Titus County Fair Fine Arts Show. We are so proud of them.

In the 15-18-year-old division, awards are as follows: 

• Abby Osthoff – Honorable in Mention Acrylic Still Life for artwork, New Growth
• Abby Osthoff – First Place in Mixed Media Landscape for artwork, Wxqallet
• Jasmine Moon – First Place in Oil Painting Portrait/People for artwork, Beloved Lone Star
• Hannah Bowles – First Place in Mixed Media Fantasy Comic for artwork, Rainy Night
• Hannah Bowles – Second Place in Mixed Media Portrait/People for artwork, Mash-up
• Hannah Bowles –  Best in Class Mixed Media Artwork, Aurora Day-Flying Moth
• Jasmine Moon – Best of Show, Best in Class, and Sweepstakes for artwork, Self-Contemplation

Adult Division:

• Adrian Avila, NTCC student, received First Place in Crayon Abstract/Original for artwork, Aerial in the Sky.
• Mileah Hall, Assistant Professor, received: First Place in Oil Painting Still Life for artwork, Juicy Reds, First Place in Acrylic Painting Still Life for artwork, Hydrangeas on Parade, First Place in Watercolor Painting Still life for artwork, Iris Dance.
