Description: Preliminary investigation indicates vehicle 1 was traveling westbound when it veered off the roadway and struck the left concrete barrier, causing the wheel to come off. The driver continued to drive for 6 miles before veering off the roadway, rolling over, and causing the driver to be ejected. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
