Driver 2: Deceased.

Brianna Marie Lopez, 22-YOA from Fort Worth, TX.

Pronounced by: Forth Worth FD on scene.

Description: Preliminary investigation indicates vehicle 1 was traveling southbound in the northbound lanes and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Driver 1 was determined to be intoxicated and was arrested for Intoxication Manslaughter with Vehicle. Driver 1 was booked into the Tarrant County Jail. This investigation is ongoing, and additional information is not available.
