Notice is hereby given that Letters Testamentary for the Estate of MARY LOU WIGHTMAN, Deceased, was issued on the 21st day of August, 2023 in Docket Number 23PR00070 in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, to TIM L. WIGHTMAN.
