Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling east on State Highway 154. The driver of vehicle 1 failed to drive in a single lane and veered off the roadway to the north and overturned. During the investigation, the driver was determined to be intoxicated at the time of the crash and has been charged with Intoxication Manslaughter and Intoxication Assault. This investigation is ongoing, and there are no further details at this time.
