ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals addressed to the Honorable Tim Marshall, Mayor, City of Gilmer, will be received until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 5, 2023 at Gilmer City Hall, 110 Buffalo Street, Gilmer, TX 75644, (903) 843-2552, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the construction of the “2023 Street Improvements” consisting of approximately 7,252 SY of asphalt street improvements and approximately 636 SY of concrete street repairs on selected city streets in accordance with the plans and specifications. At the time stated, bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at the City of Gilmer, City Hall.

Plans and specifications may be examined or obtained electronically at no charge, at the office of Hayes Engineering, Inc. 2126 Alpine Road, Longview, TX 75601.
