BRANDON WINN, Applicant, filed an Application for determination of Heirs and for Final Distribution of Funds in this estate on September 14th, 2023, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of ANNA LOIS BUCHANAN, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.

The court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m., October 2, 2023, which is the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of posting this citation, at the Upshur County Courthouse, 150 E. Jefferson Street, Gilmer, Texas 75644.
