Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was stopped on FM 2625 facing west at the intersection of FM 31. Vehicle 2 was traveling north on FM 31. The driver of vehicle 1 failed to yield the right of way at a stop intersection and collided with vehicle 2. The driver of vehicle 1 was pronounced deceased the next morning.
