Description: Preliminary investigation indicates vehicle 1 was traveling westbound when it rear-ended the trailer of vehicle 2. The driver of vehicle 1 exited, began to run across the westbound lanes, and was struck by vehicle 3. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
