KEVIN LEE WILLIS, Applicant, filed an Application to Probate will and for Issuance of Letters of Administration in this estate on August 21st, 2023, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of MARGO YOLANDA TROTTER, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.

The court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m., September 4, 2023, which is the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of posting this citation, at the Upshur County Courthouse, 150 East Jefferson, Gilmer, Texas 75644.
