Notice is hereby given that original Letters of Independent Administration for the Estate of JOANN JINKS ISDALE SMITH, Deceased, were issued on August 21, 2023, in Cause No. 23PR00079, pending in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, to: CHRISTOPHER PARTAIN.
