BARBARA ANNETTE ADCOCK, Applicant, filed an Application for Issuance of Letters of Independent Administration and for Declaration of Heirship in this estate on August 16th, 2023, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of OWEN TRENT ADCOCK, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.

The court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m., August 28, 2023, which is the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of posting this citation, at the Upshur County Courthouse, 150 East Jefferson, Gilmer, Texas 75644.
