COMMERCE – Seven Texas A&M University-Commerce football players have been named to preseason all-Southland Conference teams by The Bluebloods.
Daryion Taylor (Humble – Atascocita) is listed on first team defense, while Reggie Branch (Crosby), Jadin Jones (Killeen), and McKenzie Agnello (Copperas Cove) are named to second team offense.
Leon Young (Dallas – Cedar Hill) and Max Epps (Spring – Dekaney) are selected to second team defense and Sean Krystoff-King (Humble – Summer Creek) is selected to second team special teams.
Taylor, Young, and Epps were part of the top-ranked defense in the SLC last season, while Branch, Jones, and Agnello were on the offensive unit.
King has emerged as one of the top kick returners in the Southland, having also been selected as a preseason all-conference honoree by the league’s head coaches.
