Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Vehicle 1 was traveling east on US 287. Vehicle 2 was traveling west on US 287. Vehicle 2 was passing in a no-passing zone in the eastbound lane and struck Vehicle 2 head-on. Both Vehicles left the roadway to the south and caught fire. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
