Vehicle 1: 2001 Dodge Ram.Driver: Deceased.Claude Landon Speaker. A 20-year-old male from Whitesboro, TX.

Description: Preliminary investigation indicates vehicle 1 was traveling northbound on FM-901 when it veered off the roadway, struck a utility pole, and overturned. The driver was not wearing his seatbelt and was ejected. The driver was pronounced deceased by Justice of the Peace David Hawley.
