Notice of Proposed Salaries

Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Section 152.013(b), notice is given that the Upshur County Commissioners Court is considering a $ 15,210 (per annum) salary increase for the elected County Sheriff and an $ 11,409 (per annum) increase for all elected Constables for the FY 24 Proposed Budget.
