Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Vehicle 1 was facing west on the shoulder of SH 64. Vehicle 2 was traveling west on SH 64. Vehicle 1 turned when unsafe in front of Vehicle 2. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
