Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling south on State Highway 42. Vehicle 2 was traveling east on Texaco Road approaching the stop intersection. The driver of vehicle 2 disregarded the stop sign and collided with vehicle 1 in the intersection.
