KAYSIE ELAINE ZARATE, Applicant, filed an Application for Independent Administration and Letters of Administration; Application to Declare Heirship in this estate on June 21st, 2023, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs and only heirs of KYLE RAY HATLEY, Deceased, and their respective shares and interests in such estate.

The court may act on this application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 a.m., July 3, 2023, which is the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date of posting this citation, at the Upshur County Courthouse, 100 West Tyler Street, Gilmer, Texas 75644.
