This was our last shoot before COVID shut everything down in 2020! Forgot to post it then so enjoy! The biggest business found in the small town of Big Sandy is a barn restaurant that serves up a Cajun classic. Circle M Crawfish is ran by Louisianan, Luke Parish, who never expected his backyard boils to lead to a business cooking crustaceans. Circle M Crawfish certainly draws in a crowd, but it does it best to get every customer the crawfish they crave, which happens to be a lot. Each weekend, well over 5,000 pounds of crawfish are cracked and consumed. In addition to their huge barn restaurant that can seat over 500 people, Circle M Crawfish also runs a drive thru crawfish and beer barn.
