GILMER INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
INVITATION FOR
PROPOSALS

Proposals for a new ground up Early Childhood Center. will be received until Thursday, June 29th at 2:00 p.m. It will be a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB). There are three (3) Alternates.

We are anticipating a 15-month construction schedule mobilizing in July 2023. A schedule will be posted before the bid date.

Please complete the Bid Form(s) associated with your scope of work and submit along with your standard proposal. They will be posted before the bid date as well. Please send all questions and correspondence to bids@jacksonconstruction.com.

Gilmer ISD and Jackson Construction Co., Inc. reserve the right to award the contract on any basis deemed in their best interest. They also reserve the right to reject any or all proposals or waive any formalities.
