Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates Vehicle 1 was traveling south on SH 198 followed by Vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 stopped to turn into a private drive. Vehicle 2 failed to stop, striking the rear of Vehicle 1. This investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
