Feds inform Trump he is target likely to be indicted as DOJ rebuffs prosecutorial misconduct claim –Trump defense has submitted secret evidence alleging a prosecutor tried to sway witness testimony by discussing federal judgeship | 7 June 2023 | Federal prosecutors have notified Donald Trump that he is a criminal target and likely to be indicted imminently in a probe into alleged classified documents — even as the Justice Department declined to delay charges to give time to investigate allegations of witness tampering submitted by the former president’s legal team, according to multiple people on Wednesday familiar with the case. The sources directly familiar with the case told Just the News that DOJ declined to delay the planned indictment of Trump to investigate allegations that a senior prosecutor working on the case tried to influence a key witness by discussing a federal judgeship with the witness’s lawyer. That allegation is still pending in a secret case before Chief U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg, the jurist who oversees the federal court in Washington, D.C., and the grand juries that convene in that courthouse, the sources said. An historic federal indictment crafted by Special Counsel Jack Smith could be handed up by a federal grand jury against the 45th president as early as this week, the sources said.

FBI caves, will let Comer’s full committee see Biden bribery document –Accommodation from Bureau came after threat of contempt vote on Thursday. | 7 June 2023 | The FBI caved to congressional pressure Wednesday night on the eve of a contempt vote, agreeing to let all members of the House Oversight Committee to see an informant memo alleging Joe Biden was involved in a 5 million bribery scheme as well as some related documents. The committee’s chairman, Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., announced the deal just hours before his panel was to vote to find FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt. “After weeks of refusing to even admit the FD-1023 record exists, the FBI has caved and is now allowing all members of the Oversight and Accountability Committee to review this unclassified record that memorializes a confidential human source’s conversations with a foreign national who claimed to have bribed then-Vice President Joe Biden,” Comer said.

Republicans launch CONTEMPT process against FBI director Wray after viewing Biden ‘bribery’ document – top GOP investigator says file involves ‘shell companies’ and shows ‘pattern’ of ‘money laundering’ –The FBI allowed leaders of the House Oversight Committee to view the FD-1023 form Republicans say proves Joe Biden was involved in a 5 million criminal bribery scheme –Contempt of Congress charges will still be initiated against FBI Director Wray –Rep. James Comer says the informant is highly credible, has served in the FBI for over 10 years and makes over six figures | 5 June 2023 | House Republicans are officially starting contempt of Congress charges against FBI Director Chris Wray for failing to turn over Biden “bribery” document they claim shows then-Vice President Joe Biden was involved in a 5 million “criminal” scheme with a foreign national. The escalation comes after the Republican and Democratic leaders of the House Oversight Committee were granted access by the FBI Monday to view the FD-1023 form in a secure facility within the Capitol. The document apparently details an “arrangement” for an exchange of m-ney for policy decisions. The Republicans issued a subpoena for the FD-1023 form last month and FBI Director Chris Wray was given a hard deadline of May 30 to hand over the unclassified document, with which he did not comply.

The [FBI] is afraid their informant will be killed if unmasked, based on the info he has brought forward about the Biden family,” Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., wrote on Twitter following a closed briefing by the FBI for the committee. When reached for additional comment, Luna told Fox News Digital the FBI’s worries were “alarming and scary.” House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., and the FBI did not immediately respond to Fox’s request for comment.

Some Sudden Deaths Caused by COVID-19 Vaccines, Autopsies Confirm | 6 June 2023 | Some sudden deaths were caused by COVID-19 vaccines, autopsies have confirmed. Eight people who died suddenly after receiving a messenger RNA (mRNA) COVID-19 vaccine died due to a type of vaccine-induced heart inflammation called myocarditis, South Korean authorities said after reviewing the autopsies. Thirteen other deaths were recorded among those who experienced myocarditis after COVID-19 vaccination but no autopsy results were detailed. Some of those who died had received AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine. The results show the need for “careful monitoring or warning of SCD as a potentially fatal complication of COVID-19 vaccination, especially in individuals who are ages under 45 years with mRNA vaccination,” according to the researchers, who reported the findings in a study published by the European Heart Journal on June 2. The study was funded by the South Korean government.

Air quality in NYC worst since 1980s – worse than after 9/11: forecaster | 7 June 2023 | New York City’s air quality was the worst since at least the 1980s Wednesday afternoon, as thick wildfire smoke blowing down from Canada dimmed the city into an orange haze. “It looks like Mars out there,” said Fox Forecast Center meteorologist Brian Mastro just before 2 p.m. The city’s air quality index had risen to 353 out of 500 by early afternoon, which is considered “very hazardous” and was the worst recorded since at least the ’80s, he explained… On a normal day in New York, the air index is about 100. The air quality index was even worse than after the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, but fortunately, the air from more than 100 out-of-control wildfires hundreds of miles to the north was not as toxic as the debris cloud from the terror attack, said Mastro.

‘Ghost plane’ crash that killed 4 left crater with few recognizable pieces | 5 June 2023 | The “ghost plane” crash that killed four people — and triggered a sonic boom from F-16 fighter jets flying to DC to intercept it — left a “crater” indicating a near-nosedive into the ground, pulverizing the aircraft. The private Cessna flew into restricted airspace over the capital Sunday afternoon, with the pilot appearing to be unresponsive at the controls, possibly rendered unconscious when the pressure inexplicably dropped. The aircraft then crashed near Raphine, Va., leaving a “crater” that suggested almost a nosedive, one of the first four responders at the site told CNN… John Rumpel of Encore Motors of Melbourne Inc. confirmed that his daughter, 2-year-old granddaughter and a nanny were aboard the doomed flight along with their pilot. Along with owning the Melbourne, Florida-based company, Rumpel and his wife, Barbara, are notable political donors who previously gave 250,000 to the Trump Victory PAC in 2020. Barbara is also known for her work advocating for gun rights and has been a member of the NRA’s Women’s Leadership Council since 2002 and an executive committee member of the council since 2012, according to her LinkedIn.

Oath Keepers Leader Stewart Rhodes Is Being Tortured in DC Gulag Following Conviction – Allegedly at the Orders of Anti-Trump Deputy Warden Landerkin | 7 June 2023 | Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes was sentenced on May 25 in Washington, D.C. Obama-appointed U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta on Thursday sentenced Rhodes to 18 years in federal prison. This was after he added extra years to his sentence because he believed Rhodes’s actions amounted to terrorism. This was completely ludicrous. The judge then lectured him on what a danger he was to society. Rhodes is currently 57. If this kangaroo court’s conviction stands, Rhodes will be 75 when he is released.

J6 Defendant Sentenced to 60 Days of Incarceration for 36 Seconds in the Capitol – Judge Shames Him for Raising M-ney | 7 June 2023 | So what does a 36 second walk inside the US Capitol on January 6 get you? For D.C. Judge Reggie Walton, the answer is 60 days in prison, 3000 in fines/restitution, and one year of supervised release. On January 31, 2023, Daniel Goodwyn pleaded guilty to a single misdemeanor trespassing charge after agreeing to the fact that he illegally entered the United States Capitol on January 6th. He was supposed to be sentenced yesterday, but the hearing was delayed after he “boomed into the microphone,” telling the judge: “Ashli Babbitt did nothing wrong!” Multiple accounts state Judge Walton was aggravated. He reportedly told Goodwyn that he was digging a hole for himself with his allocution statements and complained that Donald Trump called Babbitt’s killer, Lt. Michael Leroy Byrd, a thug. Apparently upset by what he describes as “misinformation” which “continues to be disseminated,” Judge Walton said he needed time to “reflect.” He continued the sentencing and rendered his judgement Tuesday.

Ned Lamont has signed a sweeping gun control law that bans open carry of firearms and further tightens the state’s existing restrictions on military-style weapons and high-capacity magazines. The Democratic-led measure, signed by Lamont on Tuesday, limits handgun purchases to three per month, raises the minimum age to purchase a semiautomatic rifle from 18 to 21 and regulates the sale of body armor to civilians, among other provisions… The measure is expected to be challenged in court by Second Amendment groups who argue the restrictions violate the constitutional right to carry firearms. Appeals court denies Biden admin request for stay in challenge to migrant release policy | 5 June 2023 | The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday denied the Biden administration’s request for a stay on an order blocking the implementation of a controversial policy that saw thousands of migrants released into the U.S. without a court date in the short time it was in place. A federal judge had blocked the administration’s “parole with conditions” policy in May, a day after it was implemented amid a surge in migration to historic highs just ahead of the end of Title 42 expulsions on May 11. The administration has said that nearly 9,000 migrants were released in the time the policy was in place. The judge found that the policy, which saw migrants released into the U.S. without court dates and told to check in with Immigration and Customs Enforcement within 60 days, was materially identical to a separate policy that paroled migrants into the U.S. while enrolling them into alternatives to detention (ATD) programs. The judge had blocked that policy in March in response to a lawsuit from Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody, who also filed the May challenge.
