Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling south on FM 14 and vehicle 2 was traveling north on FM 14. Vehicle 1 drifted across the center line and into the northbound lane and struck vehicle 2 head on. This investigation is still ongoing.
