Vehicle 1: 2021 Hino L6.  

Driver: Deceased.  

Gary Dan Bowens, 57-year-old male from Dallas, TX.  

Description: Preliminary investigation indicates vehicle 1 was traveling southbound when it  veered off the travel lanes, struck a guardrail, and rolled over. The driver of vehicle 1 was  pronounced deceased at the scene by the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office. This  investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
