Not injured.

Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling east on FM 4 behind a slow moving semi-truck. Vehicle 1 attempted to pass the semi-truck in a no passing zone on a hill. As vehicle 1 was passing, vehicle 2 crested the hill traveling west. Vehicle 1 attempted to turn left. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the front right passenger area. The investigation is ongoing.
