Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling west on State Highway 149. Vehicle 2 was traveling east on State Highway 149 and failed to yield the right of way to vehicle 1 as vehicle 2 began to turn onto Younger Road. Vehicle 1 collided into vehicle 2 at the intersection.
