ANOTHER win!

The Texas Senate passed House Bill 609 (HB 609) which was the last step needed to get this bill to the Governor’s desk.

HB 609 by Rep. Cody Vasut would protect business owners who do not mandate vaccines for their employees.

We are so thankful for Rep. Vasut’s and Sen. Mayes Middleton’s tireless work on this bill!

We will keep pushing hard for these bills to cross the finish line, but let’s take a few minutes to celebrate the passage of HB 609! This is the first stand-alone vaccine choice bill that’s passed since TFVC started more than eight years ago.

After all, this victory wouldn’t have been possible without your prayers, calls to the capitol, and donations for the last eight years!
