NRCS Texas to hold State Technical Committee meeting

Temple, April 27, 2023 — The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Texas will hold a meeting of the State Technical Committee on May 16, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Holiday Inn Temple-Belton, 5247 S. General Bruce Drive, Temple, Texas.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Through the meeting, NRCS seeks input from Texas citizens and representatives of organizations and agencies on natural resource priorities and concerns. This input helps guide the delivery of NRCS conservation programs and technical assistance within the state. NRCS and other USDA agencies will provide brief updates on Farm Bill programs and be available for participants to ask questions and offer suggestions.
