Description:

Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling eastbound on Toll 49 and vehicle 2 was traveling westbound on Toll 49. Vehicle 1 veered off the roadway and struck a guardrail causing it to enter the westbound lane and collided with vehicle 2.
