Road Condition: Dry.  

Vehicle 1: 2012 Honda Civic.  

Driver: Not injured.  

Andrew Christian Hall, male, 34 YOA, from Dallas, TX.  

Pedestrian: Deceased.  

Justin Dale Graham, male, 28 YOA, from Crandall, TX.  

Description: Preliminary investigation indicates the pedestrian was struck by vehicle 1 as the  pedestrian was running across the eastbound lanes of President George Bush Turnpike. The  pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Collin County Medical Examiner. This  investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
