Many folks from the Upper East Side of Texas already realize the impact of their positive actions on others. Kudos to the East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG) for recently honoring individuals whose contributions improve our communities. Read more about their achievements in the article below.

The Texas and American revolutions were rife with strong, influential women certainly worthy of such an honor. The East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG) honored regional citizens who exemplify excellence in performance, innovation, and contributions to the community at its 103rd Semi-Annual Board of Directors Meeting last month at Bear Creek Smokehouse in Marshall.
