Former CDC director slams gain-of-function research: ‘Probably caused the greatest pandemic’ in history –‘I think it probably caused the greatest pandemic our world has seen,’ Redfield said. | 8 March 2023 | Former Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) director Robert Redfield, a virologist, slammed gain-of-function research as not worth the risk during the House’s hearing on the origins of COVID-19. Redfield appeared in a Wednesday panel in front of the House COVID origins select committee, where he blasted the controversial research method… “No, on the contrary, I think it probably caused the greatest pandemic our world has seen,” Redfield told committee chairman Brad Wenstrup, R-Ohio, who asked if gain-of-function research has ever stopped a pandemic… The former CDC director also said that he “absolutely” believes the Wuhan Institute of Virology was engaging in gain-of-function research. Redfield also said during the hearing that he told former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Director Dr. Anthony Fauci in 2020 that he did not believe natural spillover — the virus traveling from animals or plants to humans — was “scientifically plausible” with the origins of COVID-19 and was excommunicated from talks on the virus.

Judicial Watch obtained the records as the result of an August 2021 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit for Collins’ emails filed after the HHS failed to respond to a June 8, 2021, FOIA request (Judicial Watch v U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (No. 1:21-cv-02302)). In February 2021, a leading British physician and World Council for Health co-founder Dr. Tess Lawrie, who is director and founder of a doctors’ organization called the British Ivermectin Recommendation Development Group (BIRD), emailed 31 Food and Drug Administration (FDA) officials, including the Director of the Office of New Drugs in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research Peter Stein; Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research Director Peter Marks; and then-Acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock; and copying several leading foreign medical figures, with an email titled “URGENT: The BIRD meeting and recommendation on covid-19 prevention and treatment.”

Mother Sues D.C. Doctor Who Gave Kids COVID Vaccines Without Consent –The suit, filed by D.C. Attorney Matthew Hardin, seeks damages for false imprisonment, battery and fraud. | 6 March 2023 | The mother of two children who were given COVID-19 vaccines without the mother’s consent is suing the doctor who administered the vaccines. An attorney representing NaTonya McNeil last week filed a lawsuit in Superior Court for the District of Columbia against Janine A. Rethy, M.D., M.P.H. According to the complaint, on Sept. 2, 2022, McNeil took her two older children, ages 15 and 17, to the KIDS Mobile Medical Clinic/Ronald McDonald Care Mobile clinic, operated by Georgetown Hospital, to complete their required annual physical exam for the 2022-2023 school year. The lawsuit alleges Rethy, director of the mobile clinic, held the children in the examination room longer than necessary for a regular check-up and vaccinated them against COVID-19 over their objections and without consulting their mother… Both children were upset and angry they had been coerced into vaccination, the complaint says.
DeSantis urges Biden to allow Novak Djokovic to compete in Miami Open, wonders if he can enter U.S. via boat | 7 March 2023 | Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis called on Joe Biden to allow tennis superstar Novak Djokovic into the United States to play in the upcoming Miami Open even though he’s unvaccinated against COVID-19. In a letter obtained by Fox News Digital, DeSantis urged Biden to “put pandemic politics aside and give the American people what they want – let him play.” DeSantis wrote that Djokovic’s denial to enter the U.S. is “unfair, unscientific and unacceptable.” DeSantis wondered whether Djokovic could potentially enter the U.S. by boat. “It is also not clear to me why, even by the terms of your own proclamation, Mr. Djokovic could not legally enter this county via boat,” DeSantis wrote, citing a proclamation that barred noncitizens from entering the U.S. via the air. “Please confirm no later than Friday, March 10, 2023, that this method of travel into Florida would be permissible. Furthermore, even as you enacted a Proclamation on air travel that remains in force to this day, your administration pointedly allowed thousands of unvaccinated migrants to enter our country through the southern border,” the letter adds.
Washington state AG wants to criminalize speech by barring any dissent against vaccine mandates, election outcomes | 8 March 2023 | Washington state Attorney General Bob Ferguson (D) is being accused of devising an illegal and alarming scheme to redefine domestic terrorism that targets speech and could lead to the arrest or involuntary commitment of conservatives for expressing objection mainstream positions. Ferguson has taken the position that certain conservative viewpoints, or any information it deems as “misinformation,” constitute examples of “domestic extremism.” Furthermore, Ferguson has expressed a desire to establish a Washington-based equivalent of the Ministry of Truth, which would finance journalists to promote his political agenda, according to KTTH talk host Jason Rantz. “HB 1333 would create a left-wing Domestic Violent Extremism Commission in the AG’s office. The members are asked to recommend legislative ‘solutions to combat disinformation and misinformation, address early signs of radicalization, and develop a public health-style response.’ But this isn’t a ‘public health’ issue, or it would be housed in the Department of Health. It’s intended to legally penalize, or legally commit, political adversaries.”
Democratic-backed bill would force parents take vaccine education course before opting out of school mandates –Pennsylvania Senate bill requires religious or moral student vaccine exemptions be approved by a medical professional first | 9 March 2023 | Pennsylvania Democrats are facing backlash after proposing a bill that would require parents seeking a school vaccine exemption to complete an approved vaccine education course first. If passed, Senate Bill 390 would mandate parents seeking vaccine mandate exemptions for their children on religious or moral grounds to review “scientifically accepted information prescribed by the Department of Health on the benefits and risks of immunization” and submit a form certified by a medical professional… Keystone mom Megan Brock argued the change in policy is an “attack” on both parental rights and the critical First Amendment right the U.S. was founded upon – freedom of religion.

Matt Gaetz’s (R-FL) resolution to remove troops from Syria within six months was shot down on Wednesday. The resolution to bring roughly 900 American troops stationed there failed with a 103-321 vote — as the majority in parties voted against it. Reps. According to a report from The Hill, “the resolution was supported by 56 Democrats and 47 Republicans, while 150 Democrats and 171 Republicans voted against the resolution.” In a case of strange bedfellows, the resolution not only had support from America First lawmakers, but the Congressional Progressive Caucus as well.

Citing anonymous intelligence officials, the Wall Street Journal, reported that the warnings were sent by the CIA in June and July of 2022, months before the pipeline exploded in an apparent sabotage in September.

He claimed that the move was further evidence that Washington is ready to support Nazis in the fight against Russia. Speaking to reporters, Antonov was asked to comment on the award received at the White House by Yulia Paevskaya, who goes by the nickname “Taira.” The ambassador said Moscow had noted the honoring of a member of the Azov battalion, a Ukrainian unit closely associated with neo-Nazi ideology, on International Women’s Day.

The U.S. Virgin Islands is seeking damages from JPMorgan for allegedly aiding in Epstein’s sex trafficking by keeping him as a client, and missing red flags about his misconduct on Little St. James, a private island he owned.

UK woman arrested a second time for ‘offense’ of silently praying outside abortion clinic: ‘This isn’t 1984’ –A pro-life activist arrested for the second time only weeks after the court cleared her of criminal charges for silently praying near an abortion facility | 7 March 2023 | A pro-life activist was arrested for the second time Tuesday for the “offense” of silently praying in her head near an abortion facility in a so-called censorship or “buffer zone” in Birmingham, England. Isabel Vaughan-Spruce’s arrest comes only weeks after the court cleared her of criminal charges for breaking a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) which enforces a censorship zone around the abortion facility, according to an Alliance Defending Freedom UK press release. Bail conditions for Vaughan-Spruce prohibit her from entering the vicinity of the abortion facility which extends beyond the “buffer zone.” [Michael Rectenwald, Ph.D., scholar of nineteenth-century British Secularism: “It’s clear that abortion is a sacrament in the New World Order, that a new inverted blasphemy law is in effect, and a war on belief is being conducted by the architects of the regime.”]

UK school blasted for replacing girls’ bathroom mirrors with ‘provocative’ posters: ‘Very medieval’ | 7 March 2023 | A school in Worcester, England, has come under fire for replacing mirrors in the girls’ bathroom with “motivational” posters featuring messages about beauty. The head teacher of Christopher Whitehead Language College had mirrors replaced with quotes like, “Beauty is nothing without brains” and “Dear girls, Makeup is a harmful drug. Once you start using it, you’ll feel ugly without it.” “If all girls started wearing no makeup and comfortable clothes, guys would have no choice but to fall for girls because of natural beauty,” another poster read. The posters peeved parents who argued the signs were sending the wrong message… Journalist Ateh Jewel argued on Britain’s This Morning in response to the school controversy: “Makeup is not the problem. Makeup is about expressing yourself, being joyful…Those slogans are very medieval about attracting a mate. Makeup and beauty and wellness is about the inside out.”

Thomas Webb Jurgens was among the list of 23 suspected domestic terrorists released by the Atlanta Police Department on Monday. Violence broke out in Atlanta on Sunday after protesters of a planned police training facility hurled bricks and Molotov cocktails at officers and set cars on fire.
AOC begged to go to exclusive Met Gala, even if it meant breaking the rules By Nicole Gelinas | 5 March 2023 | Courtesy of an ongoing congressional ethics investigation into Bronx Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, we now know the trick to socialism: Don’t pay for stuff. When AOC marched up the Met Museum steps in her famous dress 18 months ago, the slogan in red painted on the back, instead of reading “TAX THE RICH,” should have read “STIFF THE PROLETARIAT.” …So AOC came by the biggest part of her Met Gala grift the old-fashioned way: trading off the elected position with which Bronx and Queens voters entrusted her. AOC snagged two free tickets (after much prodding by her campaign staffer) by cozying up to Vogue’s Anna Wintour, who runs this show for the Met. AOC’s written invitation specifically informed her that she and her boyfriend were “guests of Vogue.” …Even with these heavy discounts, AOC tried to weasel out of paying this vendor, and multiple other hard-working New York City small-business people. “It appears several thousands of dollars’ worth of services may have remained unpaid absent the [Office of Congressional Ethics] initiating this review,” investigators have found (so far).
