UT Tyler East Texas Research Conference Announces Call for Abstracts

 Annual event features university research that impacts region, state 

TYLER (February 14, 2023) – The University of Texas at Tyler has announced a call for  abstracts for the 2023 East Texas Research Conference. UT Tyler faculty, staff and students from all  disciplines are invited to submit abstracts to present their research at the fourth annual conference,  which will be held Friday, April 21, on the UT Tyler campus. 

The conference will feature a keynote address, oral presentations by faculty and staff, and poster  presentations by students around this year’s theme, “Innovate. Inform. Influence.” 

The abstracts submission deadline is Monday, Feb. 27, and prizes will be awarded to the best  student posters. 

The UT Tyler East Texas Research Conference focuses on facilitating interdisciplinary research,  teaching and community service. Conference participants will hear from and interact with various  academic and health professionals who will share new and emerging research in health and  wellness, education, engineering, business and industry, and the arts and sciences.
