NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting for the stockholders of Gilmer National Bancshares, Inc. of Gilmer, Texas will be held at the Gilmer National Bank on the 14th day of February 2023 at 4:00 o’clock p.m. for the election of Directors and the transaction of such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
