The petition of Sabine East Texas Basin, L.L.C. Plaintiff, was filed in the, Upshur County Justice Center at 405 N. Titus St., Gilmer, Texas on the 30th day of January, 2023 against Victor Maxwell Blakely, Defendant, and said suit being numbered 8-23 on the docket of said Court, and entitled Sabine Texas Basin, L.L.C. v. Victor Maxwell Blakely

The nature of said suit being substantially as follows to wit:
Receivership for an oil and gas lease
