It further noted that the “preliminary signal” that prompted the investigation of the Pfizer vaccine has not been identified in the Moderna vaccine.

NY Supreme Court Strikes Down COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate for Health Care Workers | 15 Jan 2023 | A state Supreme Court judge in Syracuse struck down a statewide mandate for medical staff to be vaccinated against COVID-19, ruling that New York Gov. Kathy Hochul and the state’s health department overstepped their authority. In a landmark ruling issued on Jan. 13, New York State Supreme Court Judge Gerard Neri declared the statewide COVID-19 vaccine mandate for medical staff “null, void, and of no effect.” Hochul and the New York State Department of Health exceeded their authority by sidestepping the state legislature in imposing a permanent COVID-19 vaccine mandate for medical professionals, the judge wrote in the order. Judge Neri also found that the mandate was “arbitrary and capricious,” citing evidence that COVID-19 vaccines do not prevent the spread of the virus, undercutting the basis for the mandate. “In true Orwellian fashion, the Respondents acknowledge then-current COVID-19 shots do not prevent transmission,” Neri wrote, citing a Summary of Assessment of Public Comment that was entered as evidence in the case.

Former ESPN employees suing company over COVID-19 vaccine requirement –More than 1,000 lawsuits have reportedly been filed regarding COVID-19 vaccine mandates. | 11 Jan 2023 | Two former ESPN employees filed a federal lawsuit against the sports media giant, alleging the company’s COVID-19 vaccine requirement violated religious freedom rights. ESPN and the sports network’s parent company, The Walt Disney Company, are listed as defendants in a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Connecticut Wednesday by former ESPN reporter Allison Williams and ex-producer Beth Faber, according to Front Office Sports. Williams and Faber were fired by ESPN in late 2021… Faber, who spent more than 30 years at the company, was fired in September 2021. Dunn says that “no serious attempt” was made by ESPN to “accommodate them.”

Doctor Calls for Withdrawal of Pfizer, Moderna COVID-19 Vaccines Following New Research | 13 Jan 2023 | An American doctor is joining the calls for the withdrawal of the messenger RNA COVID-19 vaccines, pointing to new research that highlights a connection between the shots and adverse events. Dr. Joseph Fraiman, a doctor based in Louisiana who also conducts research on COVID-19 and other health issues, says it’s time to halt the administration of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines until new clinical trials prove the benefits from the vaccines outweigh the harms. The new research, including a reanalysis of the trials for the vaccines, raise concerns about whether the benefits from the vaccines outweigh the harms, according to the doctor. “I don’t see how anyone couldn’t be certain that the benefits are outweighing the harms on a population level, or even in the high-risk groups. I don’t see the evidence to support that claim,” Fraiman told The Epoch Times. Fraiman led a study that reanalyzed the original Pfizer and Moderna trials. He and his colleagues concluded in a study published following peer review that the vaccinated were at higher risk of serious adverse events.

Covid Vaccines Are ‘Obviously Dangerous’ and Should Be Halted Immediately, Say Senior Swedish Doctors | 13 Jan 2023 | There follows a public statement by a group of five senior Swedish doctors who, in collaboration with Dr. Johan Eddebo, a researcher in digitalisation and human rights, are raising the alert about the Covid vaccines, which they describe as “obviously dangerous.” They say there should be an “immediate halt” to the mass vaccination pending “thorough investigations” of the true incidence and severity of adverse effects. The true character and scope of the harm caused by the unprecedented mass vaccinations for COVID-19 is just now beginning to become clear. Leading scientific journals have finally begun publishing data corroborating what the underground research community has observed over the last two years, especially in relation to complex problems of immune suppression. Truly concerning numbers pertaining to both births and mortality are also emerging.

Andrew Bridgen suspended as Tory MP over Covid vaccine comments| 11 Jan 2023 | Andrew Bridgen has been suspended as a Conservative MP for spreading misinformation about Covid vaccination. It comes after the North West Leicestershire MP posted a tweet that compared vaccines to the Holocaust. Tory chief whip Simon Hart said the comments had “crossed a line” and caused great offence. Prime Minister [WEF dirt-bag] Rishi Sunak also condemned the remark, calling the comparison “utterly unacceptable”. Mr Hart said Mr Bridgen would lose the party whip – meaning he will sit as an independent – while a formal investigation takes place.

More Classified Documents Found at Biden’s Delaware Home – White House | 14 Jan 2023 | Additional classified documents have been found at Joe Biden’s home in Delaware, the White House said Saturday. Biden’s personal attorney found one document on Wednesday and Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president, discovered the rest of the documents along with Justice Department (DOJ) officials on Thursday. Six pages, all with classification markings and stored in a room adjacent to the garage at Biden’s home, were found during the search, Sauber said in a Jan. 14 statement… The latest disclosure is in addition to the discovery of documents found in December in Biden’s garage and in November at his former offices at the Penn Biden Center in Washington D.C., from his time as vice president. The apparent mishandling of classified documents and official records from the Obama administration are [allegedly] under investigation by a former U.S. attorney, Robert Hur, who was appointed as a special counsel on Thursday by Attorney General Merrick Garland.

More classified documents found in Biden’s Delaware garage, White House reveals | 12 Jan 2023 | Joe Biden had another batch of classified documents housed in the garage of one of his Delaware homes, White House lawyers announced Thursday. The White House Counsel’s Office searched Biden’s two residences in Rehoboth Beach and Wilmington, Delaware this week after revelations about a collection of Obama-era classified documents at a think tank in Washington. Biden is facing growing scrutiny for his handling of classified documents, and the White House says it is fully cooperating with a Justice Department investigation. White House lawyers say they immediately contacted the DOJ when they discovered the documents this week. There has been no indication of what the documents contain or whether Biden or anyone else read them after leaving office as vice president.

Special Counsel in Biden Document Case Is Trump Appointee Who Previously Worked Under Christopher Wray –Described as ‘a prosecutor of the highest caliber and integrity’ | 12 Jan 2023 | A Trump-appointed former federal prosecutor experienced in dealing with litigation involving classified information has been tapped to lead the federal probe into Joe Biden’s alleged mishandling of top secret documents. United States Attorney General Merrick Garland on Jan. 12 announced that Robert Kyoung Hur, 50, will serve as special counsel in overseeing the U.S. Department of Justice’s (DOJ) investigation. The probe was initiated following the discovery of classified documents in the garage of Biden’s home in Wilmington, Del., and in his former office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington. A recipient of the Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award for superior performance and excellence, Hur is the second special counsel appointed to lead high-profile DOJ investigations into mishandling of classified documents.

Merrick Garland Named Special Counsel to Investigate Trump, Not Biden, 2 Weeks After Biden Classified Docs Discovered | 11 Jan 2023 | Attorney General Merrick Garland named a special counsel to investigate former President Donald Trump, not President [sic] Joe Biden, two weeks after Biden’s classified briefings and documents were discovered at the Penn Biden Center. On November 18, Garland named former federal prosecutor Jack Smith special counsel for two probes by the Department of Justice of Trump. About two weeks prior, on November 2, Biden’s classified documents were reportedly unearthed at Biden’s so-called “think tank,” the Penn Biden Center, by his attorney. The timeline suggests Garland appointed a special counsel to investigate Biden’s 2024 presidential political opponent for allegedly mishandling classified documents while potentially knowing Biden had allegedly committed the same violation.

Court of Appeals Agrees to Expedite Kari Lake’s 2022 Election Case | 12 Jan 2023 | The Arizona Court of Appeals agreed to expedite consideration of Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s lawsuit alleging that the 2022 election was flawed. In a brief order, issued on Jan. 9 and made public the next day, the court ordered a reset of “the matter for conference on February 1, 2023,” and agreed with Lake’s arguments that her challenge should be handled as a “special action petition.” The court date was reportedly scheduled for March. Lawyers for Democrat Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs, the state’s former secretary of state, has until Jan. 17 to respond and argue why Lake’s challenge should be rejected, according to the order. Lake had petitioned both the state’s Appeals Court and Supreme Court after a Maricopa County judge rejected her case after a two-day trial in December. But earlier this month, the Arizona Supreme Court denied Lake’s petition to transfer her election lawsuit to the high court and said it will be heard before the Appeals Court first.

Biden’s ATF Bans Millions of Guns With New Rule; Gun Owners Could Face Ten Years in Prison for Refusing to Comply | 15 Jan 2023 | Not satisfied with last year’s gun control victory, thanks to Republican sell-outs, the Biden regime’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) unveiled a rule which will criminalize millions of law-abiding gun owners. The Reload’s Stephen Gutowski reported that the agency plans to reclassify pistol braces, a highly popular gun accessory, in a way which would ban them unless registered with the ATF. Anyone who refuses to comply could face up to ten years in prison. A person who wants to keep a gun with a pistol brace will have to participate in a federal gun registry or go to jail. The ATF previously ruled such braces were completely legal.

Operations ‘Resuming Gradually’ After All Flights Grounded Across US – Federal Agency | 12 Jan 2023 | Operations in the United States are starting to resume after all flights across the country were grounded, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said on Jan. 11. “Normal air traffic operations are resuming gradually across the U.S. following an overnight outage to the Notice to Air Missions system that provides safety info to flight crews,” the FAA said in a statement at 8:50 a.m. ET. The failure of a key pilot notification system operated by the agency late Tuesday prompted the agency to order all airlines to ground planes in the United States. The agency’s Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM) system, which is critical for relaying essential information to flights, failed for the first time in history. FAA officials said early Wednesday they were making progress in restoring the system.

FAA outage fallout: Hundreds of flights delayed, canceled day after meltdown | 12 Jan 2023 | Hundreds of flights remain canceled or delayed across the United States on Thursday, one day after the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) suffered a catastrophic system failure. The FAA imposed a ground stop order throughout Wednesday morning, and airports began to slowly reopen for departures throughout the day. Nearly half of U.S. flights were delayed or canceled Wednesday. The issues arose after the FAA’s NOTAM system failed. The NOTAM system serves to deliver safety alerts to pilots and crew. A total of 10,563 flights were delayed Wednesday, and more than 1,300 were canceled. On Thursday, 500 flights were delayed and 63 were canceled, according to FlightAware.

Biden’s 50K Afghans Cost Taxpayers $189M in Damages to U.S. Military Bases | 14 Jan 2023 | The nearly 50,000 Afghans whom Joe Biden’s administration housed on five United States military bases for months through 2021 and early 2022 cost taxpayers almost 189 million in damages to the facilities, a federal report reveals. Following the U.S. Armed Forces withdrawal from Afghanistan in August 2021, Biden opened a refugee pipeline that has resettled more than 86,000 Afghans in American communities — many without having been screened or interviewed in person beforehand. Tens of thousands of those Afghans were housed initially at eight U.S. military bases, including 50,000 who were specifically placed at Fort Bliss in Texas, Fort Lee in Virginia, Fort McCoy in Wisconsin, Fort Pickett in Virginia, and Camp Atterbury in Indiana. Officials at those five U.S. bases, according to a Department of Defense Inspector General (DOD IG) report, noted nearly 189 million in damages which taxpayers will have to foot the bill to repair.
