NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS
HAVING CLAIMS AGAINST
THE ESTATE OF CLYDE R. WOOLERY, DECEASED:

Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary upon the Estate of Clyde R. Woolery, Deceased were issued to Kathy M. Lyness, who qualified on the 19th day of December, 2022 in Cause No. 22PR00143, in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, which is still pending, and that Kathy M. Lyness now holds such Letters. All persons having claims against said estate are required to present the same within the time prescribed by law. Claims should be billed to:
