Fatality Crash on President George Bush Turnpike  

Date & Time: December 13, 2022, at approximately 4:26 p.m.  

City: Carrollton.  

County: Dallas.  

Location: Westbound President George Bush Turnpike near Dickerson Rd.  Posted Speed Limit: 70 MPH Weather: Clear/Cloudy Road Condition: Dry  

Vehicle 1: 2002 Toyota Camry.  

Driver: Deceased.  

Desarai Holloway, female, 23 YOA, from Duncanville, TX.  

Vehicle 2: 2015 Kia Soul.  

Driver: Treated and released at the scene.  

Jeanine Dilworth, female, 38 YOA, from Denton, TX.  

Vehicle 3: 2015 Freightliner 114.  

Driver: Not injured.  

Andres Reyna, male, 33 YOA, from Fort Worth, TX.  

Description: Preliminary investigation indicates vehicle 2 was stopped in the far-right lane due  to traffic. Vehicle 1 was traveling in the far-right lane. Vehicle 3 was traveling in the far-left  lane. The driver of vehicle 1 failed to control speed and rear-ended vehicle 2. Post impact,  vehicle 1 veered across all lanes and into the path of vehicle 3, causing a secondary collision.  The driver of vehicle 1 was pronounced deceased at the scene. This is an ongoing investigation,  and no additional information is available.
