East Texas Master Naturalists Offer 2023 Classes

Texas Master Naturalist is a non-profit, volunteer organization sponsored by Texas Parks and Wildlife and Texas A & M Agrilife Extension Service.   Working to teach about, protect and preserve the natural beauty and the wonderfully special places found in our state is what Master Naturalist is all about.  This is the time of the year for nature lovers to come together to learn about Nature through a series of classes taught at the Tyler Nature Center beginning on the evening of January 17th, 2023 and continuing through most of April.  Join with dozens of like-minded volunteers to support our East Texas ecoregion.  Classes are taught by experts in their fields and cover diverse topics from native plants, trees and animals to geology and archeology. Find an application on the Chapter website: txmn.org/etwd/ and apply soon as classes are filling fast.  Applications for the 25 spots are accepted first come, first served.
