Regional Artist Promotes Southwest In Holiday Greeting

Lori Faye Bock creates symbolic message with White-winged dove

Popular animal artist and boutique publisher of a line of note cards and archival  prints, Abiquiú, New Mexico painter Lori Faye Bock has released the newest addition in a line of Christmas cards to be shared and enjoyed during the holidays.

She states, “Over the years, especially in my Southwest galleries, people were inquiring  if I would ever consider publishing my paintings as affordable greeting cards and limited edition prints. In 2000, we printed the first four note cards and the business has grown from there to 70+ cards along with an extensive line of archival prints.”

The idea for this year’s holiday card titled “Peace On Earth” originated when Bock observed White-winged doves visiting the bird feeder outside her farm studio.

Her husband linked her to a Stevie Nicks commentary during her Bella Donna tour. The Phoenix Children’s Hospital has been a collector of Lori Faye Bock’s original paintings and “You and Me …. Together Forever” is the latest creation in a series for the medical facility.
