Description:
Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling eastbound on Goforth Rd. Vehicle 2 was parked in the eastbound lane facing west. The driver exited her vehicle and the driver of vehicle 1 swerved to the right to avoid striking vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 collided with the driver of vehicle 2 who was outside of her vehicle.
