Description: Preliminary investigation indicates that vehicle 1 was traveling westbound on US 80. Vehicle one passed another vehicle in a non-passing zone, then came back into the lane and struck the rear of vehicle two which was also traveling westbound.

Weather Condition: Clear

Road Conditions: Dry
