LONGVIEW (October 20, 2022) – Chuy’s Longview is beginning the hiring process and is looking for 120 people to join their team at its newest East Texas location.
The new Longview restaurant is hiring a variety of full and part-time positions, including managers, servers, hosts, To-Go staff, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen team members.

When open, Chuy’s Longview will serve lunch and dinner Sunday-Thursday, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. On weekdays, patrons can enjoy Chuy’s happy hour, 3-6 p.m., complete with drink specials and $5 bowls of queso.
