Notice is hereby given that original Letters Testamentary for the Estate of VICTORIA JEAN EMMEL, Deceased, were issued on October 3, 2022, in Cause No. 22PR00089, pending in the County Court of Upshur County, Texas, to: CHARLES FISK.
